SHIPPING POLICY
The main goal when preparing + sending out orders:
1.To safely package them using material I have on hand— that I can reuse or repurpose to reduce our carbon footprint.
2. Save you money.
3. Ensure that they arrive safely and as ordered.
ALL materials used for packaging + shipping purposes are reused and recyclable!
All orders are shipped USPS unless I feel it’s more cost effective to ship elsewhere. In that case I will notify you of any changes.
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 days. If your invoice is paid late, shipping will be delayed until received and order will be mailed out the following business day.
You will receive a tracking # and ETA but a signature is not required upon delivery. — Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping.
You will be sent a shipping invoice via EMAIL, *I am paper free* — Your invoice needs to be completed before orders are sent out!
I pack the crystals with the utmost care. As such, I cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken or delayed-lost-stolen due to USPS.
International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed-lost-stolen due to customs.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, I will not accept returns or exchanges for any items. I do my best to accurately describe and show all items via photo, video, written, etc.
Customers shopping w ECV understand that crystal colors, shapes, forms are all different and unique. No one crystal or stone is the same.
With that being said, I want to see all of my customers happy and loyal as well as all of our crystals & stones getting the love they deserve. If you have any questions or concerns please email team@ecvibes.com and I will do my best to assist.
If we do accept a return, a restocking fee or return shipping fee may apply.
No refunds will be given.
